  • ASSISTED STRETCH

Assisted stretch therapy is a form of stretching where a therapist or partner helps guide and stretch a person's muscles beyond what they can do on their own. The goal is to increase flexibility, range of motion, and muscle relaxation.

  • MASSAGE

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues in the body, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia, using various techniques such as kneading, pressing, and rubbing.
